Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing efforts by working with existing customer data.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Engage with existing customers through follow-up phone calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with basic office duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM and/or office software.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be reliable and detail-oriented.
• Reliable commute to Little Falls, NJ.
